Monster Nest

A round plush nest with two googly eyes on the rim and a pom-pom where a nose might be. It is unmistakably a small monster, and your cat sleeps inside its head.

Why the rim is so deep

The wall runs 20 cm high the whole way round, so a cat can press their back into it or hook a chin over the edge. Cats settle faster with something solid behind them — it is the same instinct that puts them in cardboard boxes.

Size

40 cm across and 20 cm high. One size only, and it is a small one — right for a kitten or a cat who curls up, not for one who sleeps stretched flat and not for a dog. The maker measures by hand, so allow a centimetre or two either way. If you need more room, the Little House Cat Bed goes up to 52 cm.

Two colours

Monster green and a paler pink. Both have the eyes.

The fur

Long-pile plush all over, soft enough to flatten under a cat and spring back. It sheds a little on the first day, as long plush does.

Washing

Cool wash, gentle cycle, dry flat. Not in a tumble dryer, which mats the pile permanently.

Delivery time: 7–15 working days. Ships from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Asia. Delivery is free within Germany. If an import charge is ever collected at delivery, tell us and we will refund it.
